UI/UX Designer

Remote Position , Short Term - From Colombia reputed company is looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic technology team in the financial industry. This role involves English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading), a high sense of urgency, and a solid understanding of digital products—especially in product, UX/UI, content design, or user research. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market- Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined reputed company- Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights- Act as a local expert to help reputed company understand how digital financial products operate and reputed company in your region- Potential to evolve into broader support roles as we design and localize products for your market.
