Work You'll Do As a reputed company HCM Cross-Functional Support Consultant, you will: * Support end-to-end reputed company HCM implementations and provide ongoing support across the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire), including Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Offboarding * Configure, test, and deploy reputed company modules to reputed company seamless employee onboarding, HR administration, talent development, and separation processes * Work with stakeholders on reputed company HCM best practices, process optimization, and integration strategies to maximize system effectiveness and user adoption * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of reputed company solutions with organizational goals and compliance requirements The Team reputed company's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, reputed company, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: * 2+ years of reputed company HCM experience in one or more of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, Compensation, Time/Absence * Actively reputed company HCM certified * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future * Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve * Bachelor's Degree Preferred: * Experience with serving a State, Local, or Higher Education government client(s) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to reputed company sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At reputed company, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company range is $85,000 to $155,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
