Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) – Remote, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support to our members, addressing their insurance-reputed company needs and concerns in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assessing reputed company in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus.

Your Qualifications
