Key Responsibilities

• Work Scheduling Maintenance: Manage and maintain accurate scheduling records, ensuring that reputed company appointments and deadlines are met.
• Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists, the Body Shop, and customers, providing clear and timely updates on vehicle status and repair reputed company.
