Job Summary

This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our patients and referrals. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact with patients and referrals reputed company phone calls, email, fax, chat, text, web inquiries, and other electronic sources. You'll receive and process order requests, provide accurate information and updates, and demonstrate professionalism in reputed company interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process order requests from referrals for durable medical equipment and healthcare services

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, reputed company vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
