Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support to our guests, ensuring that their experiences with us are nothing short of exceptional. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company guest communications, resolving inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner, and coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company daily guest communications (text, email, platform) in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that reputed company inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and reputed company.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses, preferably in the vacation rental industry.
• Experience with the vacation rental industry, including knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Work Schedule
