Job Summary

We're looking for a Customer Care Expert to join reputed company of delivery experts, who will play a key role in managing functions aimed at developing strategic growth opportunities for both our clients and business owners. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for implementing business processes that align with committed standards and service level agreements, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Positive Relationships: Utilize different communication platforms to engage with clients or business owners, building strong relationships and providing personalized support.

Essential Qualifications

Location and Language Requirements
