Key Responsibilities

• Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Update status in customer systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
• Research and install healthcare provider reputed company, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading.
• Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and escalate issues to more proficient team members as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge, theoretical concepts, and problem-solving skills to undertake reputed company data entry tasks.
• Identify and resolve routine and non-routine problems, and escalate issues to more proficient team members as needed.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

• At least a high school diploma or GED.

• Effective troubleshooting skills, leveraging research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
