About the Role: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As the first reputed company of contact for our clients, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues reputed company, and proactively supporting our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily downloads, Auto ID cards, and mortgagee requests in a timely manner.
• Assign incoming emails, mail, faxes, and voice messages to the correct team member.
• Address basic billing questions and escalate reputed company issues to Account Managers.
• Update contact information on every call and document reputed company interactions in HawkSoft.
• Answer phone calls, screen them diligently, and handle service tasks as indicated.
