About the Role
The Part-Time Operations Director will play a pivotal role in shaping CADRE's organizational, programmatic, and financial systems and infrastructure. This position will work closely with the Executive Director to provide management, planning, and enhancement of existing systems, steward the organizational culture of transparency, equity, and inclusion, and participate in strategic leadership activities and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with the Executive Director to provide management, planning, and enhancement of organizational, programmatic, and financial systems and infrastructure.
- Steward the organizational culture of transparency, equity, and inclusion.
- Participate in strategic leadership activities and compliance monitoring.

- Liaise with reputed company providers and reputed company and reputed company the implementation of small to moderate scale projects.
- Support the Executive Director on larger scale projects.
- Train and function part-time as a Representative of the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, conducting tasks such as intake, casework, and consultation, routine visits and access, advocacy, presentations and reputed company, volunteer management, and special projects.
- Successfully complete the certification process ("designation") through the Office of the State Long Term-Care Ombudsman.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as nonprofit administration, social services, gerontology, healthcare administration, or business administration.
- Management experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
- Experience working directly with clients, preferably with older adults or intergenerational services.
- Financial and budget management skills and experience.
- Human resources skills and experience.
- Sound judgment, reputed company, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Effective, persuasive communication skills with a broad range of audiences.

- Aptitude for implementing financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Experience documenting standard operating procedures and audit preparation.
- Volunteer recruitment and volunteer management experience.
- Board coordination and board development experience.
- Fundraising experience and marketing experience.
- Special events experience and risk management experience.

CADRE offers a competitive hourly reputed company of $27.75 to $29.25, proportional to experience. As a part-time remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from your home office, with occasional visits to the organization's office in College Park and facility visits. The ideal candidate will be available to work 15 to 19 hours weekly, with the exact schedule to be finalized during the hiring process.
