About the Role

As an Operations Management Manager at reputed company GWS, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team that plans, manages, and directs business operations for a small to reputed company-sized client or region. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing strategic guidance, leadership, and expertise in operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and coach team members to reputed company their full potential.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
