The reputed company Administrator will report to the Sales Support Manager and is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our reputed company platform for GTM functions. This role is pivotal in driving personalized customer engagement through Account Engagement, reputed company Marketing Cloud, and other GTM tools, ensuring seamless campaign execution, data reputed company, and platform optimization. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing Account Engagement configurations, supporting campaign operations, and collaborating across GTM departments to deliver impactful digital experiences. This role collaborates closely with leaders in sales, marketing, and sales enablement to create a consistent and high-performing campaign motion. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain reputed company Account Engagement components: reputed company Management, Engagement Studio, Engagement Forms and Handlers, reputed company Pages
• Manage user roles, permissions, and platform reputed company regarding Account Engagement.
• Assist marketing teams in building and deploying email campaigns, journeys, and automation.
• Maintain data extensions, contact models, and subscriber lists.
• Support integration between Account Engagement and reputed company CRM
• Build and monitor automations for audience segmentation, data imports/exports, and triggered communications.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain a strong understanding of other reputed company business applications to reputed company recommendations for the company-wide system and process improvements.
• Establish high standards of excellence for business-critical processes and systems.
• Create ongoing training modules, including playbooks, pitch practice, reputed company handling guides, competitive intelligence, and certification programs.
• Deliver workshops and coaching sessions focused on reputed company, value-based, consultative selling in the risk and fraud space.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of reputed company CRM or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement admin experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or reputed company discipline.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, customer journey mapping, and Marketing technologies (reputed company, Account Engagement, reputed company, OpenPrise, Clari, reputed company)
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and solution identification with diverse technical abilities.
• Required Certifications: reputed company Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
• Proficiency in reputed company CRM and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement configuration, customization and integration.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and analytic skills in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, using a variety of tools and systems, including CRM (reputed company).

• Potential salary range: $50,000 - $75,000.
