Job Summary/Purpose:An Organ Allocation Coordinator is responsible for managing the efficient allocation and distribution of donated organs to patients in need of transplants. They work closely with healthcare providers, transplant teams, and organ procurement organizations (OPOs) to ensure that donated organs are matched to appropriate recipients based on medical urgency, compatibility, and geographic proximity. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle reputed company situations with compassion and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Organ Matching & Allocation: Ensure that organs are allocated according to ethical guidelines, medical need, and compatibility criteria, using organ transplant systems and databases. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between organ donors, recipients, medical teams, and OPOs to coordinate the timely transfer and transplantation of organs.
