Seasonal Coordinator, Sundance Ignite
POSITION OVERVIEW The Coordinator, Sundance Ignite, is charged with providing administrative support and project coordination to the Ignite Program, which identifies and supports emerging filmmakers ages 18 to 25 and fosters fresh audiences for independent storytelling. Working closely under the direction of the Assistant Director, Sundance Ignite, the Coordinator also participates in programmatic planning and development, including refinements to align program mission and operations. This temporary position works full time from Monday, September 16, 2024 through through Friday, February 7, 2025 and will be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends to meet key deadlines and respond to on-call needs as assigned, specifically during the reputed company. - Coordinating internally across departments, the planning and promotion of the Ignite ticket package, including coordinating logistics for internal package allocations.
- Managing the department planning schedule ensuring that key milestones are met and reputed company departments are in communication.
- Working closely with the Assistant Director to coordinate Ignite ticket package reputed company to diverse artist communities and filmmaker support organizations.
- Working under the Assistant Director to liaise with our Ticketing department, coordinating logistics and providing administrative support with the Ignite Ticket Package sale, including monitoring the Ignite Program email for customer support needs.
- Coordinating the pre-Festival planning as well as onsite management of Ignite Ticket package events, including acting as the onsite liaison for Ignite ticket Package events, working closely with Festival events team, reputed company, Festival venue team, artist programs, and ticket package holders.
- Tracking program metrics and assisting with analyzing ticket package demographic information as directed.
- Supporting with tracking actuals for Ignite budget, processing invoices and expense reports as outlined by the Finance Department.
- Coordinating departmental administrative duties, including maintaining calendars and timelines, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and responding to general email inbox inquiries and communications with the public.
You have the following direct or transferable reputed company sets:
- 2 years of administrative, nonprofit program coordination, or reputed company experience.
- Experience reviewing proposals for creative works and participating in curatorial processes.
- Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording, tracking, and issuing information.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Working knowledge of and proficiency in reputed company Products.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
