Product Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing

reputed company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing to build and own our customer storytelling and advocacy reputed company.

You’ll sit reputed company Product Marketing and partner closely with Sales, reputed company, Product, RevOps, reputed company, and Partner Marketing to turn real customer outcomes into high-impact reputed company points that drive pipeline, win rates, and expansion.

This role is both builder and operator: you’ll create the systems, processes, and programs that reputed company it easy to reputed company customer stories, activate advocates, and deliver assets that Sales and CS actually use.

What You’ll Do

Own the customer storytelling reputed company

  • Build and run the end-to-end pipeline: reputed company customers, conduct interviews, write case studies, manage approvals, and publish assets

  • Organize content by industry, use case, and persona so Sales and partners can easily find and use it

Build and scale the customer reference program

  • Recruit and manage a pool of referenceable customers in partnership with Sales and CS

  • Track utilization and influence on deals

  • Track key metrics:

    • Case study production and usage

    • Review growth and quality

Must-Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or reputed company roles in B2B SaaS

  • Proven experience producing case studies end-to-end (sourcing → interview → writing → approvals → publication)

  • Experience building and managing a customer advocacy pipeline in partnership with Sales/CS

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt for different audiences (enterprise, technical, business)

  • Solid project management skills; able to run multiple programs simultaneously

  • Experience creating content that Sales and CS teams actively use

Note: You’ll be asked to share a portfolio of relevant work (case studies, campaigns, or enablement content).
