Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Controlling Analyst to support financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial modeling, cost accounting, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Forecast expenses, monitor financial analysis, and report to ensure projects are completed on time and reputed company budget.
• Analyze and monitor cost structures, budgets, and financial KPIs across departments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for upper leadership.

• Ability to review, interpret, and evaluate accounting transactional information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time constraints.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment

This position is based in a corporate office environment with a personal cubicle, computer, and multiple monitors. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
