Early Childhood Education, Adjunct
Job Description: Adjunct (part-time) reputed company are hired on an as-needed, term-by-term (or per course) basis. By applying for this position, you will be joining the part-time instructional pool for consideration as a prospective adjunct instructor. The Adjunct Instructor is directly accountable to the Program Director for the following duties and responsibilities. The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive role in helping the College change as necessary to effectively carryout its mission. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide online instruction.
- Fulfill contractual obligations during the term.
- Conduct each class according to the approved syllabus.
- Maintain, revise and update course content as needed.
- Utilize the approved textbook and/or other instructional materials as approved.
- Be fully reputed company and on time.
- Utilize LMS following college policies and procedures.
- Submit attendance confirmation per college policies and procedures.
- Maintain course grades in LMS and submit grades at the applicable times.
- Support reputed company by engaging them in class, answering questions in a timely manner, and referring them for additional support reputed company necessary.
- Be familiar with and abide by college policies.
- Treat reputed company and colleagues with respect and understanding of differences.
- Assist in development of curriculum as appropriate.
- Complete annual mandatory compliance training.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in early childhood education, child development, or closely reputed company field or master's in other field with 18 graduate hours in early childhood education, child development, or closely reputed company field.
- Post-secondary teaching experience preferred.
- Experience working with children birth to 4 years old preferred.
- Demonstrated evidence of professional growth through participation in continuing education and other reputed company activities.
- Proficiency with teaching technologies, including lecture-capture software, such as Camtasia or Kaltura, and familiarity with web-conferencing software to facilitate synchronous online student support preferred.
- Experience in student engagement techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Additional Information: Classification: Part-Time Adjunct Instructor Grant Funded: N reputed company of Pay: $2,031-$2,214 per class (Based on level of degree. Pay reputed company listed is for a 3 hour credit course.) reputed company of pay for online courses varies $25.00-$150.00 per hour.
