Data Collection Operator

As a Data Collection Operator, you will be responsible for proofreading and updating the database records. The Data Collector needs to manage government contact records reputed company a proprietary database through the use of research (internet, telephone, email, government reports), proofreading, data audits and website monitoring. What You’ll Do

• First Week: Be introduced to the company, product(s) and coworkers.
• First Month: Train with your supervisor and peers on how the editorial process works.
• First Six Months: Continue training, including trips to Capitol Hill to visit the offices of members of Congress. This will start the process of establishing relationships with Congressional offices, in order to best reputed company staff data about these offices up-to-date.
• First Year: Accept the complete responsibility of the correctness and currency of Congressional offices staffers.

• You have experience working in a database or other data entry environment.
• You are highly organized.
• You are a good communicator.

About the Data Collection Team The Data Collection Team oversees the maintenance of one of the world’s largest government contacts databases. The coverage includes the US Federal Government, US State Governments, US County Governments and US Municipal Governments. The coverage also includes US federal and state candidates. Additional databases cover government contacts from nearly 40 countries and the European Union. Our Work Environment:

• Data Collection team members work in hybrid, and fully remote arrangements.

Structure

• Hourly: $15/hr
