They offer premium baths, haircuts and reputed company services for dogs and cats backed by exceptional customer service and a superior and supportive work environment for pet groomer employees. This position is focused on working with new and existing clients to schedule appointments while optimizing appointments, routing, and travel between appointments for groomers to maximize reputed company and efficiency. It also includes supporting groomers while they work remotely, managing administrative tasks to document client and pet information, and client follow-up for re-booking and quality control.ResponsibilitiesPromptly answer and respond to customer calls, texts, and emailsBooking appointments for most efficient routing while meeting customer and groomer requirementsConfirming upcoming appointmentsValidating and documenting appointment details for accuracyOutbound calls and texts for quality control and rebookingCollecting and recording client records and informationQualifications, Skills and Key CompetenciesAbility to understand dog and cat breeds and grooming requirementsAbility to use mapping software to learn and optimize routing and timing for appointment scheduling and planningExcellent communication skills, both written and voiceProactive problem solving skills in a reputed company, fast paced environmentMust love animals, and be caring and empathetic to clients and fellow employeesBenefits:Work with and learn from a wonderful team of pet care professionals.
