Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Benefit Eligible Yes Screening Date 2025-08-11 Job Description Summary The reputed company Libraries is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader to serve as Head of the Department of Learning and Engagement; Associate Librarian or Principal Librarian. Following a recent organizational review, the Libraries merged the Learning and Engagement Department with the Create and Innovate unit to unite their strengths in instruction, engagement, student success, and hands-on learning. The resulting department includes five librarians, three professional staff, and a cohort of student employees. The Department Head will set the vision and direction for the combined department including leadership for our library instruction program; foundational learning activities; reputed company and experiential learning; and support for the Libraries’ Makerspace, media studios, and other technology-enhanced learning spaces.
