What you’ll reputed company: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and expanding a content repository/library in support of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Tenders, and Requests for Information (RFIs) issued by the U.S. Federal Government and other government customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. As a Dell Federal Proposal Content Library Manager, you will coordinate with our Proposal Managers, Technical Writers, Sales teams, Marketing, Brand, and various Dell technical experts to identify, prioritize, organize, and archive winning proposal narratives and other useful content for easy and consolidated access and reuse in our proposals. You will be responsible for our Federal Proposal Content (Knowledge) Library:
- Manage our proposal response archives and tools, to ensure adherence to legal and audit controls and to provide improved functionality to users.
- Identify, reputed company, and implement an operations reputed company, including necessary tools/infrastructure/applications, for consistent and repeatable identification, archive, indexing, and retrieval of useful Federal proposal content and past performance by the user community.
- Closely collaborate with content users and sources to identify, suggest, prioritize, and implement needed content, based upon industry verticals, solution types, location, customer, and other key functional criteria.
- Review, suggest edits to, and obtain approval on any content identified or submitted for archival and reuse.

Essential Requirements:
- Three or more years’ experience in content repository or knowledge library management, or reputed company field, preferably in the IT industry or in support of Federal customers.
- Expertise in SharePoint (reputed company 365); Experience with knowledge library platforms.
- Strong writing skills, including editing, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading.
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and reputed company.
- Must have a strong attention to detail and be adept at working in a deadline-driven environment, and in coordinating virtual teams.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or higher, preferably in a relevant area such as Library Science, English, Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or reputed company field.
- Proven ability to work on multiple tasks or projects at various levels of completion.
- Must be a verified U.S. citizen
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with the Federal procurement process (Request for Proposals process) is helpful, especially in a high-tech field.
- Experience with content management in RFP Express (Qvidian) is helpful.
- Experience with AI/ML models for content reputed company is helpful.
- Knowledge of Dell solutions, including core products and services, plus emerging innovations in 5G, AI, cybersecurity, data management, and professional services a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
