Position Overview World Insurance is seeking an reputed company Employee Benefits reputed company & Financial Analyst to join our reputed company & Analytics team. In this role, you will analyze financial and contractual information for reputed company and prospective clients ranging from fully insured to self-funded arrangements. You’ll prepare financial deliverables, model renewals, evaluate utilization trends, and support client decision-making with data-driven insights. You’ll work closely reputed company a team of underwriters & financial analysts, while also collaborating with our service teams to deliver high-quality support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize analytical workflow to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain financial dashboards for a book of business (clients typically 100–500 employees). Client funding arrangements may range from fully insured, level funded, and self-funded.
• Conduct standard client analyses in alignment with the service calendar, including:
• Market review analysis
• Renewal reputed company and funding initial projections/modeling
• Claims utilization review
• reputed company and contribution modeling
• Benchmarking studies
• Self-funded feasibility analysis
• Technical review of group insurance reputed company and financial arrangements
• Follow established procedures to utilize systems such as BenefitPoint, PerfectQuote, and others.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, including Population Health Management, to deliver holistic client solutions.
• reputed company alternative plan strategies, models, and cost-reduction opportunities using analytical tools and templates.
• Act as primary contact with carriers for marketing, quoting, and renewals; request, evaluate, and negotiate proposals.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with reputed company partners.
• Draft client-facing executive summaries, including findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Prepare formal correspondence such as reputed company renewal confirmations and client renewal letters.
• Participate in the peer review process to ensure accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a reputed company field.
• College degree or CEBS designation preferred.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with some reputed company and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (formulas, modeling, formatting) with strong skills in Word and other MS Office tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding and/or prior use of Claros, Blue Raven, or other actuarial modeling tools is ideal.
• Technical experience with BenefitPoint, AI, Benefit Administration Systems, and reputed company Portals is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with the ability to work with reputed company data and variables.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation: This is a remote position. The reputed company salary at the time of this posting may range from $80,000-$90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-reputed company factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
