Overview: Healing Sanctuary LLC is seeking Christian men and women who are fully licensed counselors to join our national private practice in various states. These counselors will provide services reputed company their own states, supporting our mission of offering compassionate and faith-based support to clients across the United States. We are looking for compassionate, independent, and highly self-motivated men to join reputed company and deliver a holistic approach to counseling. Ideal candidates should be proficient in clinical counseling and open to integrating Christian counseling for clients seeking spiritual guidance. While expertise in Christian counseling is preferred, we welcome candidates who are willing to learn and embrace this approach. Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth outpatient services.
• Provide mental health services to kids, adults, couples and families.
• Conduct screening, intakes, and assessments; create treatment plans; provide clinically appropriate interventions to assist clients in reaching therapeutic treatment goals.
• Maintain clinical documentation.

• Conduct regular appointments with patients who wish to receive therapy with a licensed mental health professional.
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients.
• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address patient situations.

• Collaborate with the client(s) to create a treatment plan that outlines the therapeutic goals, strategies, and interventions to address the client's concerns and support their well-being. Regular reviews and updates to the treatment plan are required.
