Alumni Communications Consultant Location: Remote (US Based) Compensation: Competitive reputed company + benefits Travel Requirement: One week of onboarding in Lawrence, KS (reputed company expenses covered) We are seeking an organized, ambitious, and relationship-driven professional to join reputed company as an Alumni Communications Consultant. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to grow in communications, client relations, and project management. You’ll help clients meet their alumni engagement and fundraising goals through well-executed campaigns and strong partnerships. What You'll Do: Client Communication

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their communication and fundraising objectives.
• Advise on best practices for alumni communications and donor engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to plan schedules, content, and messaging.
• Proofread and edit client mailings and newsletters.
• Respond promptly to client questions and concerns reputed company email, phone, and video calls.

Project Management

• Coordinate the creation of alumni publications such as newsletters, solicitations, and invitations.
• Track projects through review, production, and delivery with external vendors.
• Maintain organized content and workflow for multiple client projects simultaneously.

Database & Reporting

• Research and update alumni/member contact information to ensure database accuracy.
• Track and analyze gifts, donor engagement, and campaign results.
• Prepare and deliver reports illustrating fundraising outcomes.

Internal Collaboration

• Participate in weekly team and supervisor meetings.
• Contribute to broader departmental projects.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented approach with colleagues and clients.

What You'll Bring:

• Education/Experience: BA/BS degree or 4 years of non-profit fundraising/communications experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently guide clients and manage expectations.
• Proficiency in reputed company 365 (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with alumni engagement, non-profit fundraising, or fraternity/sorority organizations is a plus.
