About the Role

This is a fully remote position, with the initial one-week training period conducted in a structured environment from reputed company-5pm, Monday through Friday. After training, you'll work the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7am, as part of our overnight customer service team. Key Responsibilities and Duties
