[Remote] Senior Analyst, Marketing Effectiveness

They are seeking a Senior Analyst in Marketing Effectiveness to drive data-driven solutions that optimize marketing investments and deliver insights through Marketing Mix models.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Marketing Effectiveness. Provide ongoing evaluation of marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models, delivering insights that optimize our marketing investments and drive business growth
• Drive Day-to-Day Marketing Analytics. Collaborate on day-to-day marketing effectiveness activities such as data delivery, analytics processes, interpretation of findings, insight delivery, and stakeholder alignment, with an emphasis on Marketing Mix models and time series analysis
• Design Data-Driven Solutions. Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and objectives, and then partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to design, reputed company, and complete analytical processes and solutions that derive insights addressing stakeholders' stated objectives
• Shape the Marketing Effectiveness Roadmap. Actively consult with stakeholders to validate and update as needed a defined marketing effectiveness roadmap that outlines short-term and long-term business priorities, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
• Support Executive Engagement. Support the Senior Director on executive engagement materials and critical business needs, translating reputed company analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
• Tell the Story Behind the Data. Communicate reputed company concepts in a simple way, articulating findings that are not always straightforward or reputed company and telling the story of campaign performance to diverse audiences across the organization

Skills

• 1-5 years of analytics experience with a strong foundation in data analysis, interpretation, and insight delivery that drives business decisions
• Experience running Marketing Mix Models or other time series models, with the ability to reputed company, analyze, and derive actionable insights from sophisticated analytical frameworks
• Paid Media marketing or analytics experience, either at a digital agency or client reputed company
• Experience with R and SQL, with the ability to reputed company technical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets reputed company and accurately
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company findings that are not always straightforward or reputed company
