The Role: First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist. As an FNOL Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting damage to our clients' properties. Your role will be crucial in providing quality customer service, accurately recording FNOL claims, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from field operators and effectively communicate with them to gather necessary information regarding FNOL claims.
