Job Summary

As a Yoga Instructor (Flexologist) at StretchLab, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, building membership, and retaining reputed company clientele through sales and reputed company. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for yoga and fitness, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build StretchLab membership and retain reputed company clientele through sales and reputed company to leads
• Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media reputed company to promote client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients
• Fitness certification required (e.g., yoga, Pilates, personal training)
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them reputed company goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with one-on-one assisted stretching or similar modalities
• Experience with sales and marketing in a fitness environment
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

Competitive Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $22 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
