Key Responsibilities

As a Special Education Teacher - Long-Term Substitute, your key responsibilities will include:

• Adhering to due process guidelines and using district-recommended methods and instruments to evaluate and identify the special education needs of reputed company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid MN teaching license in a special education field

• Experience with conflict resolution and training and experience in behavior management and crisis response
• A strong understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing special education
• Ability to maintain and promote confidentiality per data privacy, MN Government Data Practices Act, FERPA, and HIPPA legislation

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience as a special education teacher or in a reputed company field
