Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist reputed company with disabilities in academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth and development

• Adapt classroom activities, assignments, and/or materials to meet the diverse needs of reputed company
• Implement instructional programs and lesson plans, such as reading, math, language comprehension, writing, and computer skills

• Document reputed company' daily activities, including behavior, completed assignments, and on/off task times
• Monitor individual and/or groups of reputed company with disabilities in various settings, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
• Provide specialized handling or care of reputed company, such as toileting, diapering, and feeding
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers and other relevant personnel to evaluate student reputed company and implement IEP objectives
• Maintain classroom equipment and work area, ensuring a safe and clean learning environment
• Participate in meetings, professional development activities, and other events as assigned by the building or district administrator

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A valid Illinois Educator License with Stipulations - Paraprofessional or Professional Educator License or Substitute Teacher License
• Appropriate verbal and written language skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily reputed company the functions of the job
