Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team in Lilburn, GA. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA therapy and counseling programs for children with ASD. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, and maintain accurate records of client reputed company
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by the BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBAs to reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

Essential Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification reputed company a specified timeframe
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues
• Personal means of transportation, with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs, and reputed company activities that require fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children with ASD, or other developmental disabilities
