Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To be considered for the Center-Based Behavior Technician role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold and maintain reputed company certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or be willing to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for the RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
