Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a team leader for program staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the successful operation of our child and youth programs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Speak, read, and write English fluently
• Meet specific physical requirements, including the ability to lift 40 pounds or more and stand for long periods of time
• Pass a physical examination and have required immunizations
• Obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and satisfactorily complete installation, state, and national criminal background checks
• Possess maturity and good judgment, and enjoy working with children and youth and their parents

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• An Associate of Arts degree in early childhood education, youth development, or a reputed company field, or a Child Development Associate credential or a Youth Development credential
• One year of experience at the CY-02 (reputed company Level) or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, if required to transport children
