About the Role

As a key member of Walmart's Supply Chain organization, you will contribute to the growth and delivery of the Supplier Excellence team. Your primary focus will be on driving improvements in supplier quality, eliminating waste, and ensuring compliance with published standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company and execute project plans, analyze data, and present insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a reputed company field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a reputed company area (or 4 years' experience in the absence of a degree).
• 2 years' experience with reputed company Office.
• A proven track record of influencing others, managing stakeholders, and communicating clearly.
• The ability to think critically, solve problems, and propose solutions.
• Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

To take your application to the next level, you will ideally have:

• Experience in fleet management, reputed company, or network analysis.
• Retail Logistics Operations experience.
• A Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock.
