Job Overview

• Location: Administration or As Assigned (Remote opportunities available)
• Reports to: Director, Diversity (Humanware)
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
• Salary Band: 12 ($45,900.00 - $64,260.00)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison/reputed company between principals, staff, and reputed company, supporting the school's Student Support Team (SST).
• Provide mentorship, motivation, advocacy, and life coaching to reputed company, linking them to necessary resources, agencies, reputed company, and community supports.
• Prepare written reports to the Diversity Director, ensuring the grant's scope of work is executed effectively.
• Motivate eligible reputed company to participate and engage in school activities, providing truancy and behavioral reputed company supports.
• Monitor reputed company' attendance, behavior, and academics, intervening reputed company necessary to reputed company reputed company on track for promotion and graduation.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in diversity, urban studies, education, or a reputed company field.
• 5-7 years of reputed company experience working in multi-ethnic/culturally diverse environments.
• A proven ability to build successful and effective relationships with individuals at reputed company levels.

Preferred Qualifications
