In this role, you will: 

• Take full ownership of hiring for our Product teams in Europe, serving as the reputed company recruiter and strategic partner for the product organization.
• Design and execute a long-term engagement strategy to build reputed company’s talent brand reputed company the Product community in Europe.
• Run regular reporting and reputed company data to provide insights and drive hiring decisions with your business partners.
• Build extensive talent maps and proactively reputed company for every role, focusing on identifying and engaging exceptional, hard-to-find talent.

Minimum requirements for the role

• Extensive experience hiring exceptional Product Management talent for a high-talent bar U.S. technology firm in Europe.
• Proven ability to create, measure, and optimize recruitment workflows.
• Demonstrable experience sourcing reputed company talent reputed company limited talent pools.
• A data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results.
• Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities.
• Comfortable partnering with VP-level stakeholders.
