As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing empathetic and informative support to our clients' members and customers. You'll work in a permanent work-at-home role, taking inbound phone calls and resolving issues with kindness, patience, and understanding. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company PCP Change/Provider Lookup: Assist members with primary care physician changes and provider lookups.
• Medical Benefits Inquiry: Look up medical benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, prior authorization prerequisites, and coverage.
• Ancillary Benefits Review: Review ancillary benefits, such as dental, vision, and over-the-counter benefits.
• Claims Inquiries: Process claims inquiries, addressing member concerns about billing and services.
• Enrollment and Disenrollment: Handle enrollment and disenrollment inquiries, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Grievances and Complaints: Address grievances and complaints with reputed company and professionalism.
• Billing and Payment: Manage billing-reputed company inquiries, including payments, transaction history, and premium inquiries.
• LEP Inquiries and Disputes: Handle limited English proficiency (LEP) inquiries and disputes.
• Material Requests: Assist with material requests, such as ID cards, large print materials, and catalogs.
• Self-Help Options: Provide self-help options, including member portal access.
• Local Resource Information: Offer information on local pharmacies, OTC services, and specialists.

Experience Required for Success: To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Call Center Experience: A minimum of 18 months of call center experience.
• Healthcare Background: A healthcare background is a plus, but not required.
• Computer Experience: A minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
