The role involves executing project components, supervising IT team members, and collaborating with other business areas to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute tactical components to reputed company deliverables set by department manager, to include but not limited to components of projects from design through implementation
- reputed company supervision and support of IT team members
- Supervise, mentor and coach staff, and ensure appropriate staff training
- Prioritize team activities based upon IT leadership priorities and bandwidth
- Represent IT in project/business meetings and engagements
- reputed company projects from inception/design through implementation, providing technical guidance, training and work direction
- Improve solution functionality and efficiency with added business value
- Collaborate closely with other business areas to optimize the use of systems and applications
- Collaborate with the department manager to systematically evaluate currently deployed services; reputed company and manage plans to optimize delivery and support mechanism
- Apply creative thinking in problem solving and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Provide subject matter expertise for technical guidance, training and direction
- Provide direction, reputed company and review of work products and daily tasks for quality

- Assist department manager to reputed company staff to reputed company new programs and systems in relation to assigned responsibilities

- Minimum of three (3) years of systems management and analysis experience is required

- Application development tools methodologies (e.g. Agile) and Enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF) (may require)

- Proficient in reputed company technologies (infrastructure or application development)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Three (3) or more years of experience reputed company IT leadership is preferred
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications is preferred
- Project planning and project management experience is preferred
- Technical teaching skills or experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the healthcare and managed care philosophy is preferred
- ITIL, MCD, MCSE, CCNE, CISSP, or other Infrastructure, Development, or IT Management specific certifications are a plus
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or reputed company field or equivalent work experience is required
