Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client's individualized treatment plan, built by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training, supporting the implementation of client's individualized treatment plan and behavior reduction protocols.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by BCBA.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To succeed as a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you'll need:

• reputed company certification as a Behavior Technician (BT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation, with reputed company of driver's license and valid car insurance (in some cases).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, along with a TB test (if not completed reputed company the past year).
