About Our Organization

As a Center-Based RBT, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training to promote reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Follow prescribed behavioral reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in client's individualized treatment plan, built by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training, supporting them in implementing strategies to promote client reputed company.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client reputed company, as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment, adhering to established procedures and protocols.

• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

To succeed as a Center-Based RBT with reputed company, you'll need:

• reputed company certification as a Behavior Technician (BT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or be willing to complete a 40-hour training course and sit for your RBT competency exam reputed company 45 days of employment.
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation, with reputed company of driver's license and valid car insurance (in some cases).
• The ability to physically reputed company the demands of the job, including getting down on the floor and standing up many times, lifting up to 50lbs, and running/moving quickly if required.

• Proficiency in using digital applications and mobile devices to record data and navigate technology.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following experiences and skills are highly valued:

• Previous experience working as a Behavioral Technician, Teacher's Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide.
• Experience working with children with autism or other learning disabilities.
