About the Role: ABA / Autism Therapist

As an ABA / Autism Therapist with Key Autism Services, you'll play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs for children on the autism reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, ensuring accurate tracking of client reputed company.
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor.
• Collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy, promoting effective treatment strategies.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a professional and goal-oriented approach in reputed company aspects of your work, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using a Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plan with youth and families.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain.

Physical Requirements:
