About Our Company and the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism reputed company, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
• Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during therapy sessions to inform treatment plans and reputed company monitoring.
• Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support plans, and execute treatment strategies as directed by your BCBA supervisor.
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA supervisor to refine and implement ABA therapy techniques and procedures.
• Respond promptly to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and your supervisors, ensuring a client-centered approach.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To reputed company in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or be actively pursuing a degree in a reputed company field such as Psychology, Education, or Sociology.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.
• 1 year of direct ABA experience; or, in the absence of direct ABA experience, 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, or in a similar role supporting individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation, as you will be required to travel to client homes.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plans for youth and families.
