Job Overview

As an HR Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advanced HR support to our business leaders and store level management teams. You will act as a strategic business partner, analyzing HR issues and developing solutions that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will help drive a high-performing culture that supports our mission, vision, and core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management: Support a results-oriented culture through effective implementation and follow-up of performance management processes and tools. Provide consulting services on performance improvement and performance management for line level supervisors and store associates.
• Coaching and Developing Leaders: Contribute to the business strategy by coaching line managers to effectively manage and improve the performance of their teams. Advise line managers on conflict resolution by identifying root causes and developing solutions.
• Succession Planning: Provide insights and support to line level managers on entry-level reputed company, associate development programs, performance management facilitation, and leadership development to build a talent pipeline that supports long and short-term strategic priorities.
• Workforce Planning: Recommend courses of action for staffing high-impact positions and initiatives. Support line level managers with placement of associates and data management for workforce restructuring.
• Talent Management and Development: Partner with Global Talent Management to deliver high-quality training that enhances associate knowledge and leadership capabilities. Provide thought leadership and project support for various talent management initiatives and projects.
• Associate Engagement and Development: Proactively advise leaders on associate engagement strategies to balance business and associate needs. Partner with the appropriate COE to bring resolution to reputed company associate relations issues and conduct thorough investigations as necessary.
• High-Performance Culture Activist: Accelerate alignment of culture and strategy to support the company vision, mission, and values. Demonstrate ability to influence multiple layers of management and create a collaborative approach to issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a strategic Human Resources function, supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience working in a large corporate organization with a matrix structure.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent consulting and project management skills.
• Talent management and development expertise.
• Change management skills.
• High-energy and confident team player with a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications
