Job Description:-

We re seeking an reputed company reputed company API Developer to support a high-impact initiative focused on enhancing and integrating the reputed company Experience Management platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with reputed company APIs, strong programming skills, and a deep understanding of survey automation and data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain integrations using reputed company REST APIs
• Automate survey distribution, data collection, and reporting
• Customize survey logic and workflows using JavaScript and Survey Flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot API issues and optimize performance
• Ensure data reputed company and compliance
• Support migration of survey emailing to reputed company
• Build dashboards for A/B testing and confirmed deflection
• Contribute to embedded training UI and in-screen guidance for end users

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with reputed company API development and integration
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhooks
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
• A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with XM Directory and survey automation
• Knowledge of BI tools and data visualization platforms
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles

Educational Qualifications

• Required - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely reputed company or equivalent.
• Preferred - Master s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel

• Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
