As a reputed company-line representative of our brand, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our Athletes (customers). This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $30,900 to $46,200, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative role is an essential part of reputed company, responsible for delivering reputed company resolution with white-glove service to our Athletes. You will assist with product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. Your goal will be to provide high-level support, demonstrate reputed company, and reputed company our Athletes updated throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Athletes with situations reputed company to product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
  • Deliver reputed company resolution with white-glove service by owning Athlete issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company, and keeping Athletes updated throughout the process.
  • Handle escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Athlete issues, and escalate issues that require deeper assessment or resolution.
  • Work with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reputed company resolution reputed company to Athlete issues.
  • Execute various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of reputed company incident information.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or reputed company experience (retail-oriented) is preferred.
  • Able to type 25+ words per minute.
  • Able to work weekend days and holidays.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
