This role is an integral part of our Payments and Digital Strategy team at blithequark Credit Union. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned and follow up with members as needed
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws and regulations

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as intermediate reputed company and Word skills. Previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and knowledge of Episys/Symitar and processing wires are preferred but not required.
