As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling everyday tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company Accounting standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, research, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching, ensuring efficient and accurate processing
• Complete daily balancing and department closing, maintaining high levels of productivity and organization
• Obtain information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
• Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws, regulations, and procedures
• Deposit reputed company returns, research member bad checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with late returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease
• Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to reputed company calculations and analyze data accurately
• Ability to prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of productivity and organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and members

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous customer/member service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience, with knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
