Job Summary
We are looking for an reputed company and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher to handle customer inquiries and concerns, provide support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, and manage and coordinate service appointments for our plumbing, heating, drain cleaning, electrical, sewer repair, and gas work services. This is a full-time remote role that requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
