About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquiries in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns while also marketing insurance products to potential customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and accurate manner
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound communication
• Resolve service concerns, document customer requests, and complete changes to policies that require a license
• Maintain multiple customer communications at the same time, including multiple chats and phone calls
• Utilize computer systems and software applications to manage customer interactions and policy changes

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications
• Working knowledge of reputed company products (Outlook, reputed company, folders)
• Working knowledge of property and casualty policies and reputed company processes and procedures

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles in the insurance industry
