We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Instructional Designer to join the Distribution Design team and play a pivotal role in designing innovative learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Creates new sales training programs, ensuring training is focused on increasing the capability of sales employees to reputed company in their job.
- Applies knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory to design course content.
- Uses learning technology, such as reputed company 360, to design and implement versatile, engaging, and learner-centered solutions for traditional classroom, online, or a reputed company of approaches. Builds and tests the curriculum in Learning Management systems.
- Researches, selects, and modifies existing training curriculum, learning objects, reference materials, and supplemental resources to meet learning needs.
- Builds and maintains trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Proactively engages partners to understand their needs and drives reputed company improvement in learning initiatives.
- Reviews program evaluations, test results, and participant and manager feedback on training effectiveness to reputed company recommendations for program improvement.
- Designs evaluation strategies and tools to determine whether desired learning and performance outcomes are achieved.
- Identifies needs for reputed company resources, and sources vendors, as appropriate. Handles vendor management, to include coordination of resources and ensuring quality of product and service levels delivered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, in addition to 4+ years of training design experience.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or a reputed company field preferred.
- Prior experience includes working with moderately reputed company content and designing training for multiple delivery modalities (traditional classroom, online classroom, and self-paced e-Learning modules).
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills.
- Has broad knowledge of instructional technologies and is proficient in the advanced use of e-Learning tools that do not require programming.
